Eligibility Requirements:
- MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent degree from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy
- A current license to practice medicine in one's state or country
- Residents, fellows, medical students, and physicians in full-time study

Gold Membership $575
(Includes a personalized certificate and recognition in the Breastfeeding Medicine journal, and
at the annual ABM meeting. To remain a Gold Member, you must renew annually as a
Gold Member; $490 of the $575 is tax deductible to the extent allowable by law in the USA.)
Lifetime Membership $5,000
(This is a demonstration of lifetime support of ABM, of which $4,300 is tax deductible to the extent allowable by law in the USA. Lifetime Members will never be asked to renew their membership. Lifetime members will receive a personalized plaque and recognition in the Breastfeeding Medicine journal, and at the annual ABM meeting.)
